The perfect first step into horse riding starts here. At Somersby Eventing, beginner lessons with Elsa Ribal offer children and small adults a safe, supportive, and enjoyable introduction to the sport.
Lessons are taught on Nyssa, Somersby’s gentle and reliable pony. With her education, kind nature and steady temperament, Nyssa is the ideal partner for riders experiencing their very first lesson or building early confidence in the saddle. No horse ownership is required, everything is provided on site.
A Safe and Supportive Start
Elsa brings over 14 years of teaching experience and is a qualified Level 1 NCAS Coach, making her lessons professional, engaging, and easy to follow. Her approach ensures each rider learns at their own pace, while developing important skills in balance, control, and partnership.
